Refunds & Returns

Need To Make  A Return? 

Hopefully you love everything you purchase with us, however if something does not work out, we’re here to help! If you have any questions please call us at 870-425-3232, 9AM-5PM CST, Monday-Friday or reach us by email at shopshabby2chic@gmail.com.

Return Guidelines  

  • *We are able to cancel an order only if it has not already been fulfilled and shipped from our store. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order, please call 870-425-3232 to see if it is not too late to cancel. In the event that the order cannot be cancelled, you are able to return the order for a full refund (less shipping cost). For a full refund, please make sure your return is postmarked within 14 days of order date.
  • If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to Shabby 2 Chic Boutique. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • We are not responsible for any items lost in transit. 
  • NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, ALL COSMETICS/BEAUTY PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE
  • Worn, washed, and/or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags must be attached & intact. Items returned with make-up, deodorant, or any other product stains will not be accepted for return.  
  • For defective item claims: contact us within 3 days of delivery date. If there is no notification within 3 days the return will be rejected. No exceptions. 

  • DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:
    • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to shopshabby2chic@gmail.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.
    • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.
    • Include the order #, and product name of the item.
  • Refund: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of order date.

  • Store Credit Only: Returns must be postmarked within 15-20 days of order date.

  • Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds), due to limited inventory.

  • If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returns that do not meet our guidelines will be sent back at your own expense. You have the option to apply return shipping costs on your credit card or have the item(s) sent back in a future purchase.

  • We hold unacceptable returns for 30 days. 

How to Make A Return

1.Before making a return please read our policy to ensure that your items meet the guidelines.

2. Complete return checklist attached to your invoice. 

3. Mail returns with return checklist to:

* Shoe returns: Shoes must be shipped back in the original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box to avoid damage from shipping. Damaged shoes or boxes will not be accepted.

* Please allow 3 - 7 business days for your return to be processed. We will notify you of a refund once your return is processed.
